Temporary Accommodation through IGSA:
Temporary accommodation with senior Indian graduate students (till you find an apartment for a maximum period of 3 weeks) can be arranged by IGSA. Kindly let us know your travel plans in advance by filling out the new student travel information form, as soon as your travel plans are finalized.
Fill out the form even if you know any seniors in Madison, and are planning
to stay with them until you find yourself an apartment. This will help us coordinate
your accommodation with them and the information you provide will help us keep
contact with you while you are in Madison. DO NOT PLAN TO ARRIVE BETWEEN AUGUST
13th AND AUGUST 16th. It is moving time here and things are very hectic for
the people hosting you. We will not be able pickup or do hosting during this period.
